Making its debut in Europe at the end of the 20th century, the pedal pub industry is now moving across the United States at a rapid pace. Feeding tourism and the local public, pedal pub companies are finding more and more ways to entertain. So maybe you are wondering about our Tonawanda bike and what you can use it for?
Designed and manufactured by Snowline Manufacturing out of Bend Oregon, our Pedal Pub is designed with comfort and safety in mind. The Pedal Pub is a pedal-powered vehicle that seats 14-15 passengers maximum. It is equipped with all the bells and whistles of LED lights, blue tooth speaker and a battery powered engine. Huffin Pedal Tours catches the interest of all ages in all walks of life who might wish to partake in bike riding while enjoying a beer/cocktail. We are ECO friendly, promote physical activity, and tend to the beer enthusiasts. Do not worry if you prefer or are unable to be active, we have a bench at the back of the bike where you can relax or two “dummy” seats above the rear wheel welds that do not require pedaling.
Design your tour anyway you’d like, you can enjoy stops along the canal, get ice cream on Webster Street, embark on a Historic Journey of the Tonawandas on our Historic Tour.. the sky is the limit. If you are looking for ideas to spice up a Bachelor or Bachelorette party, get the office together for a team building experience, honor that family member FINALLY retiring, you should consider booking our Pedal Pub! Don’t have an occasion to celebrate?….Who cares! You do not need a reason to get some folks together and enjoy one of our tours.
Do we stop during our tours?
Of course! It’s always good to stretch our legs and get a taste for what Tonawanda has to offer. Most groups usually enjoy a beverage during a stop at a local pub but you can always enjoy the scenery or a bite to eat. Twenty five minutes at each stop is usually all you will need for these activities and still leave enough time to enjoy peddling around town.
Do I need to bring anything along?
Our Questions page contains more details on this subject but the answer is YES. Items to bring include: appropriate foot wear, beverages (especially water to stay hydrated), camera or phone to capture the excitement, snacks, your ID (if you plan on drinking alcohol you must present an identification that shows you are 21 or older as well as to verify your signature on our waiver), and your GAME FACE! Once again our Questions Page is the page you’ll want to read before booking.
Whats included on our tour?
Your booking will reserve the Huffin Pedal Bike for 2 hours for your personal group. We provide a professional guide to help you with your needs and that will get you around town safely. We have a cooler with ice aboard and a blue tooth speaker for music to keep your feet peddling. We will also keep plastic cups, plates, garbage bags, safety equipment and more on the bike just in case you require these items.
